General ideas 4/30 edit

• Is a part of the handful of creatures amek will actually work with on beast guard. mostly bc they know they can intimidate/order Solum around, solum is not one who complains easily/happy being a follower in most regards.
• Relative of the previous kirjnhas, who amek killed to get the position. prev kirjnhas was their aunt/uncle (undecided on gender).
• wind order to compliment amek? or make a diff beastguard for that (avian goldspinner?) . generally better at non-magic combat however, which amek personally values, bc he finds beastguard who don't fully rely on their magic are generally more resourceful.
• she is so tired at all times.  was kinda coerced into working in beastguard by parents and doesn't truthfully like it. but also doesn't think she has any worthwhile skills anywhere else/doesnt think they'd be able to apply themself + doesn't have any big goals/ambitions. feels a bit lost and isolated within beastguard society, which is very ambition-focused and driven, and so they keep this to themself mostly (tho amek has picked up on it). 
• Is scared of Amek and thinks they're unreasonable sometimes, but generally prefers them to being under someone else. For all of amek's show of putting on a brutal, calculating, and cruel persona, he doesn't treat beastguard under him like game-pieces (like September, or others) and goes to extents to ensure their safety at least. Moreso than some beastguard Bhayrhesa or Dohesa would. Jalen is Solum's main Bhayrhesa, who Solum also likes, even if they think Jalen is a bit annoying/judgemental + too-perfectionist sometimes.
• Often used as a lure or attention-getter, bc she is very brightly colored but also FAST (especially enhanced with wind magic) and even if she does get caught can defend herself + is a creature of above avg size + fairly bulky. Solum can also make calls/loud noises (partially aided by wind magic) that can travel far or otherwise get attention/startle others. At close range these can also be partly a weapon.
• extremely flexible, can contort body more than one would expect w/o injury + squeeze thru tight spaces. 
• poor goldspinner abilities, the spinneramber she can make from tongue glands never fully hardens (is like syrup ) and can only make small amount at once. this is smth they're insecure of and their parents dislike of them.

• aroace bc why not.
• likes baking. Will surprise gift treats to creatures they like, or leave things out in public spaces for free.
• likes reading in pastime, especially murder mysteries and horror. Generally likes creepy/morbid aesthetics. like tbh her biggest motivation to wake up/do work/do anything is eventually get back home and read her things. tho they do get some joy from doing jobs well at work, they like checking off tasks.
• despite soft-spoken and quiet demeanor, is impulsive. Extroverted, but not good at talking with others, does like to chill around others tho.
• no back-bone on this mfr.
• Detail-oriented, can follow tasks well/resource management, and has a fantastic auditory memory. spatial awareness/memory is kinda bad tho tbh, gets lost easily. is a rule-stickler. the type of guy to remind the teacher to collect the hw tbh.
• Worshipper of Erars (but also UjajU, to a lesser extent) tho they keep this secrets as Erars worshipping is seen as laughable within Beastguard. Pays respects to Doa out of reverence/fear but doesn't personally care for him/his teachings.
