Description

✵ Julien is a cruel, selfish, clever, charming, and talented individual.
✵ Many of the stars in his show are essentially captives and he regards them as his puppets.These individuals are usually bound to serve him because of a debt or falling for his trickery.
✵Julien is a possessed pile of clothes and holds magic + power to that of a demi-god.
✵He was once a mortal creature that wore these very clothes. The clothes were infused with magic and poisoned his mind like the arkenstone.
✵ As his body withered the clothes lived on feeding from the souls ravaging greed. Because of this he has been around for an unnaturally long time.
✵This guy is very rich and has vast piles of treasure which he hoards like a dragon.
✵ He is very close with Toby and uses his powers to his benefit.

Show master is a front (pile of clothes animated by magic) 

He is actually behind the scenes as a puppet master 

The puppets are victims who he got them by either 

A) stole their heart with the help of AA (they get paid for this) 

Can be through faking love, us usually some type of deception to  get the other person to say “you have my heart” or some bs and that  triggers a spell (runes glow on both parties and their heart is taken  like in howls moving castle) 

B) they are the souls that Toby has trapped 

Toby is a willing assistant to Julien and Julien relies heavily on him 

Toby is probably the weakest link in that whole setup. If he goes down then Julien’s empire also topples
