Omggg, I love this design sm!!!! The colors go so well together and the cutie mark is so unique :0! I haven't seen a color changing/animated cutie mark before!!!

And well, her cutie mark isn't animated, though It did change over time(The stars getting colored one at a time) as she witnesses her younger self's reincarnations (each star/color represents each life she went through.)
It basically just updated the current status of which reincarnation her younger self was currently in (it's a bit complicated to explain haha) The gid i made was mainly just to show how it progressed to what she now has (the full rainbow one) ^w^
