Iris has a very laid back and nihilistic attitude that masks her ongoing stress and fear of others.
She craves social validation but struggles with the expectations society has thrusted upon her.
So she tries to please everyone but manages nothing. She's mundane in her own expectations
and goals. She doesn't want to succeed, she just wants to survive and have people who at least
like having her around.
She's a bit of a mooch and incredibly uninspired. All around, a loser teen.
Background:
She comes from nothing special and has done nothing special. Beyond losing a lot of friends
to their various follies and general bad luck, she survived middle school. Maybe not unharmed,
her increasingly persistent pica disorder made her a target for bullying. Still, she survived and though
worse for wear, she is still here.
Directionless and undriven, she dropped out of high school to try and make a living in a drug
syndicate as a gopher.
