Personality: Jude is what most assholes would call a 'pussy'. He's flighty, shy, a nervous wreck, and a clutz. He means well (AT ALL TIMES) but he often gives off the vibe of some tweaked-out weirdo because of his overwhelming social issues. He's incredibly timid and has a bit of a natural stutter. Because of this, he isn't very talkative in public.
He's incredibly easy to frighten or spook, and likes to hermit himself inside so he doesn't expose himself to the many horrors of...outside. So far, he's only managed to warm up to 4 other people. Susan, Iris, Mark and Chi; most of them being friends from way back in elementary or highschool. He's had one hell of a crush on Iris for many years, though has never been able to gather the guts to say anything or make any such move. He's a complete mess around her, bashful, flustered- basically his normal self but 2x worse.
When someone gets to take the time to know him and he warms up, he's actually a bit of a sweetheart- very loyal and will do anything he can to help someone in need or let them know he cares in his own weird ways of doing so. He tries his best not to let the anxiety consume him at all times, but it's...a rough work in progress.
Jude takes a particular enjoyment in getting as high as he possibly can to the point he's too mellowed out to have any panic attacks. 

Background:
Jude's parents weren't exactly what you'd call...responsible. In fact, they were quite the opposite; indulging in heavy drugs such a crack, heroine, etc. The father was just another guy in the mother's life...she was young, confused, stupid, caught up in the woes of society. When she learned she was pregnant, she didn't exactly have the option to rid herself of it...thus kept it, deciding she was going to give it away to a loving home after birth.
A baby boy was born, not moments into his life suffering from heavy withdrawals and struggling to live past his first few months. He needed to be weaned off of the addiction, his tiny little body fighting for life with each day that passed.
He was adopted into a large family who were quite well off, and was given the care that he needed during his first few years of existence.
As he grew older, because of the sheer size of his wealthy family, he was just another 'kid' in the bunch, hardly acknowledged more than half the time from how quiet he'd become. He never stood out, which lead to his social issues.
Thankfully, in highschool, he'd made a friend who was somewhat similar to himself; Iris. Despite the fact Iris was in with the Bad Kids, she would get them to step off of the defenseless, nerdy Jude who so desperately needed her protection. This sparked...THE CRUSH. A big crush, so massively heavy that it weighed on his heart near daily.
Iris never looked at him like that though- there were often other boys in the picture. Jude never let this ruin their friendship, even though it hurt.
He ended up joining a hockey team to try and impress Iris, though usually wound up injured and unable to play more than half the time, even chipping half of his front teeth to give him the goofy smile he has currently.

After highschool, the rich parents were fed up with their copious amount of kids mooching off of them and kicked them all out at the ripe young age of 18. Jude scrambled on his own, to the point he was homeless for a short period of time before Iris invited him to rent out a place with her. He was incredibly relieved to have a place, the bonus here was that it was with IRIS, his lasting crush! He didn't feel anxious around her! And not long after, their other friends from school, Mark and Susan (though she's much less...alive than before) also moved in (in their own special way). He's generally content now, though Iris does her best to usher Jude outside and do small tasks here and there to get him used to socializing once again.

• Not much besides a chunk of the Drug-Using Populace knowing him as a PUSSY, though fearing giving him shit thanks to Iris.
