magicellia (who professionally goes by ms. kitty) is the cosmic keeper and manager of stellar nurseries! she is 4-3000 years old, and while she is not a full-blown deity, she is a divine entity chosen/created by divinity specifically for her job.
ms. kitty's work primarily revolves around stellar nurseries, where she manages the formations of both stars and naturally formed puffballs. the birth of every puffball who’s come into this universe the natural way has been sorted, handled, and recorded by her. while she lives an almost completely solitary lifestyle, ms. kitty has an upbeat, outgoing, and charismatic personality that belies her age. she lives and works in some sort of magic space hub, hidden within her mother cloud (ie: the molecular cloud she formed in). quite the powerful lady in terms of both personality and strength.
