Hibiki
"It's time for revolution. If I can't be what I want to be, then I just have to change it. Being me just isn't going to cut it."
Artist
Hibiki wanted to change. His plain, gloomy personality. His inability to express himself; all of it. As he laid in bed one fateful night, he stumbled upon his ticket - net idols.
It was a split decision, and he decided to become someone else - to become a mysterious, cute, confident, talented idol. Not a shadow on his face, sparkling brilliantly.
The old Hibiki will disappear, and he will become something much better.
He wanted to tell her how he felt; his best friend who seems to have gotten distant lately. If he reinvents himself, he would be able to tell her everything. Yet, it seems with every extra click his profile gets, she pulls back even more... and he doesn't know why. He's doing all this for her, so why?
- He does a lot of crossdressing as an idol. He likes how it looks.
- Despite his very niche genre, he's gaining a lot of fans.
- He is desperate to throw away anything that made up the past him.
In his own eyes, his slightly gloomy disposition is something that has to be changed; after all, if Yuu didn't notice him beforehand, it had to be because of that, right? Because he is plain, uninteresting?
In reality, it is this line of thought that is Hibiki's greatest character flaw. He lacks the ability to both introspect properly, and acts overly critical with himself, but also lacks the ability to really understand what people are feeling. He reaches the conclusion that it has to somehow be his fault, and he needs to throw out everything to fix it - to fix himself.
He has no idea how wrong he is.

( childhood friend, crush )
They've been in the same institutions since kindergarten. Hibiki and her were close when they were kids, but something seemed to happen late in middle school. Something that made her pull away.
It was around that time that Hibiki got it in his head that something was wrong with his personality. He doesn't realize that this is why she's pulling away from him.
- For his school uniform, Hibiki generally styles it himself with thigh highs filled with holes, green shorts and a green and purple cardigan. His short hair is generally swept to one side, and he wears platform loafers to increase his puny height by just a little. Uniform policy awt their school is really light.
- When he dons his idol costumes, he tends to wear dresses; generally speaking, boys in dresses tend to get a lot of attention online, so it helps him to feel confident and cute. He wears even bigger shoes here, but his shortness is obvious.
- He has a strong theme of spiders and butterflies. But is he the butterfly, caught in the web, or the devouring spider, trapping everything in his web? It's hard to tell. Though, he does seem to have a certain effect on people - he's not that confident, but he's charismatic. It's hard to take your eyes off of him, like you're in a trance.
