A | It is unknown where Rosa's egg came from. It was stumbled upon by Jubilee while he was a drifter somewhere near a sewage plant. When she hatched, the first being she ever laid her eyes on was Jubilee, to whom she very quickly imprinted on. Ever since then, Jubilee has taken very good care of Rosa, treating her as though she was his younger sister. After the two defended themselves while they were homeless, their bond would only strengthen. Eventually, Jubilee and Rosa would find themselves at Gojira's shelter, where they were taken in and allowed to stay for as long as they wish. It was here where Rosa met Noah, who would quickly become one of her best friends. At the shelter, Rosa helps out Gojira wherever she can, such as helping to clean up or cooking food (though she's not quite good with the latter). Along with Noah, the two mess around the shelter, playing all sorts of games and at times getting into trouble (though they're often bailed out by Jubilee).

| Jubilee | Jubilee and Rosa love each other to death. They have been through a lot together and support each other whenever they go through tough times. | | Noah | Noah is a close friend of Rosa, and he was in fact the one who invited her and Jubilee to the shelter when he ran into them. They spend a lot of time together and really care for each other. If Rosa is not around Jubilee or Gojira, she's most likely spending time with Noah. |

- She is a Water-Fairy type. This was discovered after an incident with a wild Gible.
- She is sensitive to loud noises.
- Like regular Mantyke, she has markings resembling a face on her back. These markings change depending on her mood, and can be used to tell how she's actually feeling.
- Interestingly, she's able to use Dark-type moves if she's very stressed out.
- Her dream is to some day evolve into a Mantine.
