ADDITIONAL INFO . | Jubilee was hatched as a Togepi to the royal family of the Greater Kingdom of Hatorando, his father being King Jubilius I. Growing up, he was expected to act as posh and upper class as the rest of the nobility of Cadfleur. However, Jubilee was raised early on by an elderly Drifblim nanny, and under her, he learned of the hardships that the regular people had to face, where half the population was starving. Jubilee did his best to help out as much of the poor as he could, giving out as much of his allowance to the poor communities living near the capital, earning him the scorn of much of his family and friends. Under Drifblim's care, Jubilee evolved into a Togetic. Shortly afterwards, however, Drifblim unfortunately passed away. While Jubilee insisted on giving her a proper burial, his family decided to cast her into an unmarked grave. Jubilee would spend a lot of his time here, simply speaking to her about his daily life, and what random thoughts he had. Jubilee eventually discovered his sexuality, however when he tried to come out to his parents, he was met with disgust, and cast out of the kingdom by his own family, and was not allowed to return to the continent. Living as a drifter for a while, at one point, Jubilee stumbled upon a pink, unhatched egg. He kept watch over the egg before seeing that it had truly been left alone, and following the teachings of Drifblim, he felt obliged to take care of it. Eventually, the egg would hatch into a strange-colored Mantyke. Because of her pink hue, Jubilee decided to name her Rosa. It was then that, while protecting Rosa from a pack of rouge Mightyena, that to everyone's surprise (including himself) he evolved into a Togekiss without a Shiny Stone, driving their attackers away. From that moment forth, Jubilee was fiercely protective of Rosa. A while after that, Jubilee and Rosa would stumble upon Candler and Gojira, where they were given a place to live. Jubilee eventually became close to Gojira, and he sees her as a role model for him. While living in Gojira's shelter, Jubilee has become more optimistic about the future, however he still has low confidence in himself, particularly in his ability to raise Rosa.

| Сandler | Candler and Jubilee tend to have a kind of antagonistic relationship, as the two argue about Candler's desire to spread lewd content around, which Jubilee definitely opposes. However, the two care very much for each other, seeing themselves as best friends. | | Rosa | After finding her egg and raising her, Jubilee sees Rosa as his younger sister (though he does admit that he does feel like her adoptive father at times). Jubilee cares very much for Rosa, and he would give up his life for her if he had to. |
