Cassandra 'Cass' Carolyn Lee's Links
Bee boy is reliable, that's why he's my closest associate at the moment. There are many people more competent than him, but that's not important. I enjoy his company, and most importantly, he won't mutter a word of what I tell him. I am very sure of that.
I do her paperwork, most of the time. I still don't really know how I ended up being her assistant, seeing as I only joined up here as an apprentice and kinda just got promoted after talking to her once. Though... I mean, it's not like this place is very normal anyways, and neither is Lady Lee. I'm just glad to be paid well, and she's a fun person to work under, most of the time.
Eros, my self-proclaimed rival. Up until recently, he was nothing but a blind and stupid nepotism baby reaching up to try and annoy me- don't get me wrong, he still is, but now with all of daddy's inherited money. Anyone with those kinds of assets soon becomes near impossible to ignore, especially after his underground projects were dug up by my subordinates. I'll have to actively go against him, be it financially, or by slamming a metal pipe into his shins.
She has been my rival for a long, long time now; always looking down on me and laughing in my face when I was still under my fathers thumb, just because her inheritance came earlier than mine. Well, look who's laughing now; once the project is completeted, she and her people will be the first practical experiments for the results. Also, she ruined cheetahs for me. That bitch.
I've been attempting to send business proposals his way, though Eros seems to have a much tighter grasp on his communications than anyone else in his conglomerate. Dr. Ahaki is a known genius, and it would be a waste and shame if I had to put him down to stop the advancement of Kyrivell solutions.
Eros' concerns aren't my concerns. As long as she takes his attention off of me though, I don't mind her, despite the whole trust fund baby status she also carries. I just don't like people with money in general, especially if it was handed to them.
The less important version of the doctor, though he did make quite a few waves with the experiment that got him expelled. He'll be the next one we attempt to contact, seeing as Bee Boy got scared off bad when going for the big fish.
As far as I know, another tyrant just like Kyrivell. Then again, I don't really keep up with corpos.
I don't know much of Eros' little ants, though there seem to be a couple promising sprouts which I can't wait to see when fully nurtured. Only to stomp them right back into the ground, of course.
Boss Lady gets annoyed whenever someone mentions that 'Lee' woman; it's been my favorite thing to get a bit of a rise out of her, though I may be overdoing it- last time, she threw a chair in my direction.
It's a weird little thing the doctor keeps, nothing of note; except having to deal with cat hair if he does agree to my offer.
Meow! (Feeding on her negativity is nearly as fulfilling as tearing away Eros' after each and every clear rejection... ah, don't I enjoy futile attempts to deny the path of fate.)
The original of the Kyrivell curse, so to speak. While he was a lot more tame than Eros, and I'd often prefer to have his father back at the wheel... Earl was no more of a decent person than Eros.
I still can't believe Mrs. Lee gave up her business empire to that... child so ridiculously early. Cassandra is barely older than Eros, and his forceful takeover has been nothing but the reckless mess of a kid. I can't imagine how her mother simply gave away her inheritance early...
I don't entertain senseless, made up stories.
I do recall investigating her company for a few leads regarding the Apicem project; regrettably, my efforts had been outclassed by their manpower, yet the fabled Herlock Shlomes has found a way to mend our efforts easily! By steal- I mean, borrowing their findings for the greater good!
He's the obstacle I am faced with when it comes to reaching Eros; came out of nowhere, but has been a nuisance ever since he showed. If it continues like this, I will join forces with Ichor. And if it happens so, then he will end up just like Ramona has.
Ah, she who sent Ichor upon us. I know little of her, aside from her motivation to throw a wrench into the well-oiled machine I have been protecting... so of course, it wouldn't be surprising if she ended up at my knife's end someday.
Ichor has been a useful asset ever since I scrounged him out of the files of retired soldiers. With only a leg replacement from my side and some financial encouragement, he was more than willing to put in the according favors in his chosen field.
Ah, Mrs. Lee is my current darling employer. Quite a wealthy young lady with lots of coin to spare for a man like myself... I've long had occasional work from her, and she never fails to give a generous payout.
I only remember her from when I was a kid... as much as I wanna be apathetic because that woman did bring Eros into this world... god, she is so pretty. I remember coming home from corporate events as a little girl and digging though my closet to dress like her. Sadly, she impacted my current style far too much for me to be that mean to her. Hope she's still rocking those dresses.
Aww, I remember her! She used to be the cutest little girl around, and by what I've hear, has become a great businesswoman now. Sometimes... she seems oh so similar to how I always imagined Aura would be like.
He and Calypso are perhaps the only people I know that can adequately decode the research and advancements made in regards to the Apicem project; I am content with their work, though I'd prefer if they kissed less and researched more.
Don't tell anyone, but I get done all the work she assigns me for a week in a couple hours. To be fair, I don't think she has much material, but wants to keep me on the team; after all, how would she get her stellar analyses on all of Kyrivells newest toys? Though I will actually walk if she keeps misspelling my name; it's Dr. Dr. William, not 'Will'!
He has been a great aide to me ever since I helped him out, and him and Will seem to be getting along pretty well. I cannot understate his importance, not only to the cause, but also to Beowulf; though sometimes, he does really get too worried about Ichor.
"After miss Lee pulled me out of the mess the government left me in she helped me getting a new job in her little Company, I am grateful for it but I must admit she should put that Octopus on a leash, He's getting on my nerves."
Think I saw the name on Simons call list at one point... some kind of mechanical engineer. Might be useful to know if we ever do some crazy research of our own.
I think she comes up sometimes when the rest of our old people group talks about all the corporate parties back in the glory days. I don't remember her much cause she was apparently a shy kid and I always made a B-Line to the people, but she grew up into something much more capable than Eros, at least. Not that that's particularly hard, but still.
I am... conflicted about him. Of course, he's a great worker and was definitely a worthwhile investment, I am glad to have taken him from the frontlines. However... Ichor seems to have taken a liking to more than just his work ethic.
"Miss Lee, she pulled me out of the hands of the millitary.. and gave me a job at her company as Security, I am greatful for it, and that's another reason of why I feel so guilty around her, knowing damn well I 'helped' betraying her trust.. I hope she's doing well"
The opinion of the dead doesn't matter, nor will we ever know it.
I've indirectly had someone buy information from her on my behalf before, and she does have a record of being extremely reliable. Shame she has a contract with Eros now, though... depending on how much cash I can part with, that may turn into an opportunity down the line.
I respect a fellow girlboss, despite the fact that she's technically my boss' rival. She keeps him on his toes, and I like that. Haven't met her yet, though I'd love to finally put a face to the name.
Ichor told me of the most physically adept experiment of Eros already; some sort of mountain of muscle, scaled and not even in proper uniform. It doesn't seem like they can keep him under control well either... he may be a future avenue of causing disarray.
I barely care enough to know about the TV bitch, and he's who pays for me to be drugged up like a racehorse. I know fuck all about the rich bitches, next question.
The first subject of the Apicem project... while we have no confirmed appearance, we guess it may be who Ichor spotted during his fight within the Kyrivell Solutions compound. Why? Simply the project name we found in her file. Dr. Ahaki wouldn't name her 'Razrusheniye', or 'Destruction', for nothing.
Besides the TV guy, there are more rich, powerful people out there. If just one of them looked our way, saw what was happening... I wonder if they'd save us. Of course, most people would assume such would be expected, but... with those kind of folk, you never know. TV guy is the best example.
