One could sense something amiss in the way the man answered, but not enough to understand the underlying truth.

Zhi and his daughter, Yanfen were both long-life species who resided in the Xianzhou Luofu. Majority of the population there were long-life species and as the mara began to pose more of a threat, it put the two on edge. Thankfully, it wasn't a problem at all in their lifetime. They did not have any family other than each other so they took care of each other until a fated day when Yanfen did not return home because she was murdered by an Emanator of The Destruction; Vince who only saw the girl as disposable trash. Eventually Zhi found her remains and being sent into madness, he made it his goal to seek out the monster behind the death of his beloved daughter.

He was never one to put blind faith into anything, but he was haunted every second with memories of the past, all the years spent and all the years not spent. This lead to his resonance with the Aeon Fuli and he became a cremator in hopes of having control over memories, and time. He collected every single memory he held dear as they wrapped around his form, making up all that he's made of. An entity not only capable of preserving memories, but also destroying them. Zhi agreed to shedding his physical form but he later resisted that metamorphosis by using the power of the Ambrosial Arbor (after it was revived by the Stellaron) to keep his body. He stands somewhere in between a memetic entity and human with the Stellaron's cancer coursing through his blood.

The man then took it upon himself to leave The Luofu, and trace Vince wherever he may be in the vast universe. On his journey, he stumbles into the Galactic Graveyard. A part of the galaxy that contains decaying stars and exoplanets. A place that ceased to birth new vessels for the Aeons. It's as eerie as it sounds. The garden of recollection had such little records of the place, Zhi felt that he needed to gather whatever information he could about it so he decided to linger for too long, thinking he would be alone. He wasn't. There stood a castle where he met Cemetery, a man who was very grim and stuck up. They didn't get along and almost immediately opposed each other with hostility. The longer Zhi stayed, the more memoria he gathered and once satisfied, he ended their encounter and left that star system. The memories he collected of Cemetery and the Galactic Graveyard stayed on his person because he had completely forgotten to throw them into the garden of recollection. If he had, the records would have been permanent and available to every memokeeper out there.

After hearing of the Charmony Festival and how Invitations were sent out to many, Zhi became aware that The Annihilation Gang would be attending. He had hopes that if followers of The Destruction were going to be in Penacony, maybe Vince would be too. However, hopes were not high because why would an Emanator be there? Would Vince really care about a couple of followers who couldn't even earn their Aeon's gaze? Despite the uncertainty, every experience was worth recording so Penacony became his next destination.
