- Based in a futuristic earth setting, some hundred odd years in the future. In this scenario the EU has collapsed, there have been big economical changes. Their country is The United Institution of REDACTED, which has unified many of its neighbors under a completely new, unique form of government. Geographically speaking she is situated in its Baltic branches, what was once Estonia. ( Aexis also originally comes from this setting) (not a super developed verse of mine,so some things may sound a lil implausible, but I promise it would make sense when I finish it, if ever.)
