DESIGN T.O.S.

-do not sell for made than it was bought for unless art is added (personal or commission)

-The Base value of my designs is always under the transfer history, always check !!

-You do not own the character until payment is finished! I hold to right not to trade you the character, Cancel, or whatever! Do not use the character until the trade is complete and they are no longer in my possession

-you’re free to do whatever you want with the character after the trade (redesign, gift, trade, etc)

-My designs must stay on Toyhouse!! Even if sold off-site the Toyhouse cannot be deleted

-if you private characters from me please authorize me

-NSFW is okay for my designs, I am an adult, BUT DO NOT MAKE NSFW OF FERAL DESIGNS OR IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 you will be blacklisted 

-You can use my designs for commercial use if asked beforehand and credited (you may not use my art)

-Do not remove me as a designer or take credit for the original design

-You may use my art for whatever if I am credited

-do not edit my art without permission

-you cannot use my art for commercial use unless we talk through a comical use fee and I am credited

-Do not remove my art from the character

-Do not share NSFW art with minors

If you are on either list I do not have to tell you why but you do have the choice to talk to me and explain why and see if I can remove you

BLACKLIST

Cannot buy or own my designs (do not have to get rid of previous designs)

-Kms_blueberry // Perma link (didn’t cancel an art trade until over a year after I did my part and was extremely rude)

-EdaBobeda // Perma link (species drama/transphobia)

GRAYLIST

They can own characters designed by me but I will not accept their offers personally

-XxWhiteWolfxX // Perma link (ghosted for over a year before canceling)

-Imposterparis // Perma link (ghosted for almost a year despite many attempts to reach out)

-Invaderflynnn // Perma link (ghosted for little over 4 months before canceling)
