An ex-rebellion member who got redeemed after being taken in by the OTF (Overload Takedown Force), the same organization that Clovy works in. They work together to take down Rebellion forces and Overload threats throughout the country
her years in the Rebellion and subjecting herself to dangerous rune experiments gave her a permanent mutation that gave her impaired vision  and blindness makes her look like an Overload, similar to Fyrell.
However, the OTF has made her able to recover from it and now she can  retain a human form, although will revert to her Overload form temporarily if she uses her power
Xenia uses the Tremor Rune, allowing her to sense Tremors to give her  heightened senses, create shockwaves, and able to absorb kinetic energy  and dish it back out at the sender
Has a dog named Crumpet, who she really loves :)
