Magic

Elizabeth has many powers due to her (phoenix) family selectively breeding for increasingly powerful individuals. As a side-effect of the amount of magic within her, she is able to use magic from other universes.

As a phoenix, she is immortal and unaging, and would naturally appear to be in her late twenties without using shapeshifting to look otherwise. She can also resurrect herself from any form of death and will not die unless she wants to.

Inborn Powers

Elizabeth has powers from every category except for necromantic, and has 14 individual powers.

Conjuration: Elizabeth has conjuring and summoning.

The first power lets her summon items and put them in a pocket dimension. She primarily stores her weapons and everyday items in her pocket dimension. While she can summon items from across the multiverse, her first instinct is to summon items she is familiar with, which greatly reduces the chances of her summoning "duplicate" items.

The second power lets her manifest beings created from her magic. Her first creation was Cloudy when she was 6 years old, although she has made hundreds of beings since. One aspect of this power is her ability to grant her creations "free will", removing them from her direct control although a weak telepathic link is kept. Her creations primarily live in a universe that she (and some then-friends) accidentally created when young, and have lived long enough to develop powers of their own and even procreate. Their descendants are mortal and live in a different dimension of that universe.

Elemental: Elizabeth has five elemental powers--aerokinesis, aquakinesis, geokinesis, lumikinesis, and pyrokinesis. Her preference for elemental magic is as follows: pyrokinesis, aerokinesis and lumikinesis, aquakinesis, and geokinesis.

She is a very strong pyrokinetic and is able to perform terrifying feats such as instantly incinerating living beings. These days, she primarily uses her pyrokinesis to warm herself, for intimidation, or for fun.

She is a strong aerokinetic and lumikinetic, and uses these powers almost as often as pyrokinesis. She is able to fly in her human form using aerokinesis, and even knows how to do faux-telekinesis by manipulating air in such a way as to move objects and beings. She can also "shape" the air to stand on it, although she has to be careful not to lose her concentration. She primarily uses lumikinesis for illusions and faux-invisibility, and is practiced enough to be very good at creating realistic illusions.

She is a weaker aquakinetic and geokinetic, more due to lack of practice than lack of power. She primarily uses aquakinesis for proper water manipulation, as opposed to ice or mist manipulation, and uses it for "minor" things like drinking water or washing her face. If pressed, she could use it to cause storms and tsunamis, although her control of such a situation is debatable. Geokinesis is similarly used for minor things like helping plants grow or manipulating metal. While she can use it for proper earth/mineral manipulation, she tries to avoid it as much as possible.

The reason why she uses aquakinesis and geokinesis less compared to her other elemental powers is because she grew up in a coastal city on a fault line, which meant that the use of these two powers always carried a certain risk. Due to being more risk-averse, she decided that the best course of action was to focus on her other elemental powers.

Shapeshifting: Elizabeth has shapeshifting, which allows her to turn into any living being. She primarily sticks to a few forms (her human form or a slightly altered version of it, her phoenix form, wolves, cats, birds, and dragons) out of convenience, comfort, and familiarity. She is capable of finer manipulation, such as making her body not go through menstruation, but it requires an in-depth knowledge of the body to avoid accidental harm.

Support: Elizabeth has three support powers--healing, shielding, and vanishing.

She can heal herself and others from almost any injury and her only limitation is her inability to regrow a missing limb. Her specialization (when healing others) is in physical wounds and she struggles with brain injuries or poisoning. When healing, she leaves no scar unless the area healed wrong. In order to heal an area correctly, she needs a basic knowledge of the body (e.g. how to set a bone) or else she would have to reinjure and reheal the area.

She can generate a transparent magical shield around herself to protect herself from physical harm. The shield is a bubble that is two inches from the tips of her fingers and extends in a perfect bubble around her, even underground.

She can vanish, or become invisible. While most vanishers are also unable to see themselves while invisible, she can see herself because of her clearsight and is constantly paranoid that her invisibility will fail or has failed.

Telepathic: Elizabeth has telepathy, which allows her to mentally transmit words, sounds, images and feelings, and also allows her to read minds. She primarily uses this power to communicate with others and dislikes mind-reading because she views it as a privacy violation. She is especially good at "Projection" or telepathically communicating with multiple people at once, and tends to Project her earworm-of-the-moment unconsciously which leads to her aura often containing an element of music. She is also very skilled at protecting herself from telepathic attacks and typically uses music as her barrier.

Teleportation: Elizabeth has true teleportation, which allows her to teleport anywhere. Due to her vast magic reserves, she can teleport anywhere within a given universe, can go to other universes, and can even teleport to specific times. This last ability she calls "timing it" and while it allows her to teleport anywhen, she is unable to change the past; if she goes back in time, then she was always going to go back in time.

Truesight: Elizabeth has clearsight, which allows her to ignore invisibility of all kinds. She is unaware of this power and believes that she "broke" her magic when she was young.

Alagaësian Magic

Elizabeth is capable of casting spells in the Alagaësian magical language due to her bond with Pine. This allows her to perform more complex and longer-lasting magic. Her focus is defensive and protective spells, which she uses to protect her homes and preserve certain objects. However, she knows some combat magic, mostly spells which produce similar effects to her natural magic as "backup" in case she is prevented from using it in some way.

Cosmere Magic

Elizabeth is technically capable of using any Cosmere magic, with some limitations: she does not have an innate Breath, she cannot bond to more than one spren, and she is either land-locked when using Sel magics or must translate it to a local system. She primarily uses the Metallic Arts, Awakening, and Surgebinding as they cover gaps in her other magical abilities.

She always keeps vials of metal flakes for Allomancy in her pocket dimension and has lots of metalminds, many of which she crafted herself. Her primary metalminds are zincminds (mental speed), copperminds (memories), bronzeminds (wakefulness), and unsealed goldminds (health). This allows her better mental acuity and allows her to either explain away her rapid healing or to provide a way to heal others.

She has enough Breath to take her to the Fifth Heightening, which gives her aura recognition, perfect pitch, perfect color recognition, perfect Life Sense, and Agelessness. This last is what she uses to explain her immortality to people who understand the effects of Breath. She particularly enjoys the effects of the Second and Third Heightenings, as it lets her be a better singer, pianist, and artist. She rarely uses her Breaths for active Awakening as she has other methods of achieving similar results, but keeps the possibility open.

Although she can use all of the Surges, her bond with an honorspren increases the effectiveness of the Surges of Gravitation and Adhesion. Her Ideals are as follow:

First Ideal: Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination. This Ideal is standard to all of the Orders.

Second Ideal: I will protect those who cannot protect themselves. This Ideal was easy for her to say, as it lines up with her instincts.

Third Ideal: I will protect those I hate, and will let justice decide. This Ideal was hard for her to say because her instinct is to take justice into her own hands, punishing as she sees fit. This forced her to take a step back and allow others to weigh in on the outcome.

Fourth Ideal: I understand that I cannot protect others from the consequences of their actions. Similar to the previous Ideal, this one was hard for her to say because her instinct is to shield others from making a choice if she can do it for them. This forced her to take a step back and let others make their own decisions, whatever the consequences.

Fifth Ideal: none yet.

Pets and Bonds

Dragon: Elizabeth is bonded to Pine, an Alagaësian dragon. Pine's scales are primarily green but she has a brown underbelly, wing sails, and eyes. She is significantly smaller than average, having mostly stopped growing at roughly twice the size of a Shire horse. Her dual colors and abnormally small size are due to Elizabeth's magical influence.

Fire-Lizards: Elizabeth has 12 fire-lizards which, due to her magical influence, are smarter than their Pernese brethren and are capable of communicating through telepathic speech in addition to emotions and images. Her founding pair was gold Rosa and bronze Ernest, and they passed their increased intelligence to all of their descendants.

The golds are Rosa, Helen, Kit Blossom, and Sorka. The bronzes are Ernest, Benden, and Sean. The browns are Melrick and Telgar. The blue is Emeric. The greens are Aliana and Boll. Rosa and Ernest head the fair. Aliana and Melrick are the most reliable messengers, passing written communication and small items to and from Elizabeth. Emeric and Sorka are the emotional support, willingly cuddling with the nearest person in distress.

Spren: Elizabeth is bonded to Lena, an honorspren. This grants Elizabeth increased effectiveness when using the Windrunner Surges and the standard resonance of increased number and strength of squires. It's likely that Elizabeth's magical influence allows Lena to leave Roshar far more easily than any other spren could.
