Youre going to find very little people willing to offer FREE art on a post like this. If you want to increase your chances, or really cant afford to pay/dont have access to a payment app or what not i suggest instead you make a post asking for art trades. Or you should look in the freebies area for things that specifically say "requests." You can find occasionally, if you look for it, posts that are willing to offer free art in exchange for small favors, such as favoriting ocs. And there are tons of free art raffles in the 'games and dta' section.
