✸ Notice: These rules apply for ANY design I make, including closed species designs.

✸TOS:

⇝ Please do not sell my designs for more than you purchased them for originally. The purchase price can be found in the ownership log in the message section. If a design from me has no value originally (A trade/Raffle/Freebie) then you may not sell it unless you have added value through it through personal or commissioned art. Gift/Game/Free art does not count.
NOTE: If you have purchased one of my older designs before my TOS/TOU was finished, there may not be a price there. My apologies!

⇝ If you have my designs hidden I'd prefer I'm authorized or informed. I understand this is due to AI/NFT stuff, so this isn't mandatory.

⇝ Please do not reference my work/designs without permission. DM me and ask if you'd like tips or permission to reference, credit must be given if permission is given.

⇝ Please don't edit any of my art/designs unless given permission. It generally just makes me extremely uncomfortable and can/will result in a block.

⇝ Any of my work/designs/or content produced by me/boingocabinet may not be used to promote themes of: Bigotry, Racism, LGBTQ+-Phobia, SA/CSA, or generally other awful topics. This will cause you to be blacklisted.

⇝ All work and material made by boingocabinet may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
