An incredibly intelligent yet somewhat unhinged individual never quite seen in the same place twice due to always being on the run, yet incredibly skilled at avoiding detection. He finds anyone who can keep up with him both mentally and physically to be incredibly exciting and gives them his attention, which is why he has taken such a liking to Sherlock.

One who has come to be known as the "Lord of Time" by the residents of Blackrock, but is not in fact just the fabled violent and feared god in mortal form as those around him seem to think. Instead, he was formerly an explorer whose soul became intertwined with the god's powers after coming into contact with a cursed relic (a relic that had previously sealed the god in permanent imprisonment). Only due to his level of mental fortitude was he able to resist full possession with the only visible change being his left eye (a clock that changes whenever he blinks, which he must now wear a monocle over due to how bad his sight in that eye is). However, he has moments where the god's power completely takes over, and it is in these moments that he loses himself entirely. So far, he has been able to recover, but he fears that one day he will not be able to return to himself. After evading pursuit by Sherlock for quite some time, he eventually began to research more about the officer, where he discovered Sherlock's past and began to consider an important step in his attempts to rid the plague of his curse. He blackmails Sherlock into working with him and the two become unlikely acquaintances, holding their own motives, yet also sharing a goal as they investigate the mysteries of Blackrock and the Lord of Time.
