Daniel Lau

A paranoid young man with an air of tired defeatism around him. Daniel is a relatively new arrival to Tianxia, having found himself "suddenly on the beach" at one of the Sewu islands of the Fuyan Archipelago. He claims to be from a faraway realm called "Temasik", whose lore expands each time you ask him about it.

Daniel was offered employment by Cormorant Bay upon rescue - choosing self-preservation, he accepted. At present, he's an arcane-systems engineer with the Aumoana Oceanic Institute (AOI). When conducting fieldwork onboard the subaquatic laboratory Barbatos, Daniel shares a room with his colleagues Moray and Cayen.
