Boat guy - 

His names Arwan Loboth 

When he was a young boy him and his mother felt like his father was never there, the mother left him alone and went off to different towns. He was an adventurous boy. One day he fell into the ocean from the docks and no one noticed, he was picked up and brought back to life by a merfolk woman who was sweet as candy, and she loved and adored humans. One point she went to land in her leg form but it didn’t go well when his real mother found her with him one day, from then on she took him away from that seatown. He grew up thinking his father was un loving and cold to them both, that he hated them and didn’t care. When he was old enough and went to see the town again he saw what had happened to it and was saddened by it. He and his father were always at ends but he still enjoyed his father more than his hateful mother. He moved back after 15-17 years and now he helps his father with the boats looking for the sea people again.  

He lives with his father in a smaller brick house on the edge of the town 2, they mostly stay on the boats. 

Personality - 

Hes pretty edgy but he works hard and likes to only talk when he has to.
