Nixe is probably the first being someone in the altered lands thinks of when someone brings up either weirdos who make really stupid cold takes on the internet, or sickass happy hardcore you'd hear at a rave before passing out from whatever substances you took. She managed to transcend past her weird scene kid roots, into a relatively famous DJ. She's usually wandering around trying to find some place to start some rave, but when she isn't doing that she's trying to convince her partner Albertine that he really should not be an investigator just because it makes him feel like he's morally superior.

Her sugary pink and hyperactive appearance hides a deep rooted distrust for powerful chimera and spirits, believing them to be part of a secret shadow council led by an ancient god controlling everything in the world and what everyone does except for her and others aware of the secret shadow council, and the only person allowed to control people is Nixe and Nixe only!

Nobody takes what Nixe says about the secret shadow council she came up with seriously, and most label her as a conspiracy theorist.
