Landon Patterson

Landon, meaning "long hill"- represents the long path to his character development. Patterson, meaning the "son of unknown rulers"- inherited from his father Alistair, represents how he does not mind being unknown as long as he does justice. Invisibility- turns him completely invisible, and the strength of his ability allows him to turn his clothes and things he touch invisible. Represents him hiding away for most of his life. Passive protects him from lower level illusions. Goldfinches act as alarms, but also benefit from things that would usually harm others.

Excitable and eager to prove himself, Landon is loyal and dedicated to his duty. Further naive than both Cody and Sophia, he doesn't understand some people may have ill intentions. Rather reckless by nature, Landon is so eager to where he easily jumps into situations meaning he needs someone calmer to be by his side. Landon is very similar to his sister- snarky- but puts friendships over duty (like Cody) and is more honest (like Kyle).

Unlike Sophia, their father Alistair didn't pay much attention to him since Landon's ability is common and had a potential difficult to become a god-tier. Landon grew up ordinarily with his mother- an upper middle class life. He graduated from the Academy but was unsure how to live his life. Wanting to make his father proud, he went with the last name "Patterson" rather than York, especially because Natasha was neglectful at best. Hearing of rumors of the great Cody Maverick founding the Legalis Syndicate with his elder sister, Landon joined on a whim. His determination got his promoted in two weeks to the Right Hand Liutenant of Cody, and friendships grew thick.
