Censaro is a chef, and a great one at that. He can whip up a recipe with few ingredients. He'll teach you how to cook if that is that is fine with you. If you're hungry, he'll make you food. Gotta eat to survive after all!
Examples of what he can offer:

• Food Handling- He's willing to make people food if they ask for it. He doesn't like anyone going hungry. An empty stomach is an empty mind.
• Cooking lessons- If you're willing, he may teach you how to cook basic meals for when you're on the go.  He's not going to be everywhere. Might as well be sure people can care for themselves
• Shelter- Censaro isn't much of a fighter, but he'll grant you shelter wherever he is. He can't let anyone get hurt if he can avoid it. Why not stay awhile for some tea.

  History:

Enki's adopted little brother. He was taken in by Enki's parents when he was a few weeks old, and neither of them were told why. Growing up wasn't too easy for an albino. Light sensitivity for not only his skin but his eyes. It was hard to blend in as a ninja, so he was mostly indoors. This allowed him to learn how to cook with other chefs at a young age. He grew up cooking and sharpening his culinary skills, which led to him working in a restaurant. This is where he met his future wife, and the two were wed after a four years of dating. He attended his brother's wedding as best man, and flew in from Kanto to Johto to meet his nieces. He realized how much he liked to travel, and brought up to his wife that they could start a traveling restaurant. The idea was thrilling and they soon did just that. Traveling and cooking to other regions. Alola so far was their favorite, as a town had around the same idea with the floating boats, meaning they had quite the business there. 

It was everything he ever wanted, until one day he got a letter from Enki, stating that he and his wife had gotten a divorce, and that his wife had cheated on him. Censaro's wife was more upset than Censaro was, gently pushing him to visit his brother so he wouldn't be alone. Censaro agreed. They had the money, and the children they had had went on trainer journeys, one returning occasionally to learn how to cook as well. The two turned their boat and began to head back to New Bark Town, only to be caught up in a wild storm. As their ship crashed on rocks, the last thing Censaro saw were red eyes piercing the darkness of the storm, coming towards them. He awoke on the beach, a large body of a strange gyrados over him. At the sight of him being awake, it quickly fled back into the water. While confused, the only thing on his mind was to figure out where his wife was, and praying she was alright. He later found a small Fidough/Kantonian Growlithe was following him closely. He took in his new companion wholeheartedly and the two set off to find a place to stay.

Trivia: Is Enki's little brother and comes from the same tribe. He ironically is fond of Poison type pokemon, much to Enki's dismay. Is Ninja's favorite/only Uncle.
