About
The Tsareena Daycare is a more recent place that was opened due to the rising need for egg caretakers especially with a lot of the inhabitants of Flora Village taking on explorer quests & exploring mystery dungeons more often. Serene is the one behind the daycare and decided to take on leading the team in it after enjoying a side job as a babysitter.
While Serene initially wanted to move to a bigger city to become a model, she doesn’t mind becoming a caretaker at all, in fact she is grateful for the trust & opportunity other Pokémon give her by allowing her to learn about the different species in Kogranar. Over time, she learned a lot about Pokémon eggs and is very wise; however she has no idea where they come from, as eggs come out of the blue.
Overall, her sweet & warm energy is surely to be loved by all young Pokémon alike. Serene also knows exactly what to do when it comes to all emergencies related to eggs, and so she can be very reliable and knowledgeable.

Story
Not much is known about Serene before she made Flora VIllage her home after an incident on her way to the heart of Kogranar, which is notorious for having some of the most prestigious locations of the region. While going to what was supposed to be her new home, Serene accidentally found herself inside of a mystery dungeon and was attacked by some of the Pokémon under its influence before being saved by a team of explorers from Flora Village.
To show her gratitude to the village that helped her in a pinch, Serene started volunteering around the village, mostly to take care of the young and eggs, which caused her to greatly enjoy the role of a caretaker. As she continued helping, Serene often overheard villagers about the need for a daycare in the area, especially with how many Pokémon wanted to start families but also needed to keep the village safe from Kogranar’s dangers.
As a way to show her growing loyalty for the village, Serene started the modest Tsareena Daycare, which later became much bigger thanks to the help of the volunteers who chose to give her extra hands. Despite everything, she doesn’t regret her change of career at all and only wishes to see the smiles of Flora Village.

Trivia
- Serene is asexual, though she is questioning in terms of romantic attraction. For now, she’s more than satisfied to be single.
- She has never gone to the heart of Kogranar and while she has gotten used to the quaint life in Flora Village, she still wants to check it out for fun.
- Serene has never been particularly good with battles and much prefers to play a supportive role if she has to. Otherwise, she would ideally want to not get involved at all.
- While she is intrigued about almost everything related to Pokémon Eggs, she has no desire of actually knowing where they come from.
They work in very close collaboration due to the high amount of Pokémon who come to the Tsareena Daycare without actually picking up the eggs. Other than that, they also hang out silently, enjoying tea and cookies.
Serene taught Alice everything she needed to know to take care of her Pawniards, especially since she didn’t exactly have that much experience with kids to begin with. Other than that, Alice and her kids often take on a side job as guards for the Daycare since Serene refuses to fight.
Sometimes, Fleur donates her extra stock and Poké to the Tsareena Daycare so that it can keep functioning. Serene often thanks her by letting her hang out while having homemade cooking. The two seem to get along very well.
While it doesn’t look like these two would get along very well due to their clashing personalities, both Kaslana and Serene surprisingly hang out at times. While their tasks in the Flora Village are entirely different, the two respect each other’s work and know that they can rely on the other.
