About
Despite being the director of the renowned Noivern Post Office, Nocturne never gives up hard work and continues in customer service. They specialize in immigration & emigration, but know every single job in the post office, making them one of the most versatile workers in the area. While usually hard-working, Nocturne knows when to relax; in fact they are usually seen very relaxed & calm when doing their job and it’s very difficult for them to be agitated, even in the strangest situations.
As a long-time worker in the post office, Nocturne has witnessed countless strange situations in their daily life, which eventually caused them to be fairly numb to oddities in Kogranar. As such, they can sometimes act pretty underwhelming, sometimes even looking done with their life when it’s really their main way of coping with the strange activities around the area.
Despite it all, though, Nocturne strives for the perfect service for everything their post office offers and ensures that everyone gets what they need. They are caring, but in a tough way, one can say.

The user releases a horrible aura imbued with ill intent. This may also make the target flinch.

Note that one of the wing is semi-transparent to show the body. It is not transparent in reality.
Story
Not much is currently known about Nocturne aside from the fact that they had the Noivern Post Office running for as long as they had been around in Flora Village. Most villagers were around when Nocturne was already there, so who knows how old they currently are. It is also known that they have seen a fair amount of strange phenomena which is rumored to be one of the reasons they are rarely seen outside of their post office.
It is known, however, that Nocturne has a loving wife who takes care of the Post Office’s Reassignment Center and at least 2 Noibats; with one of them taking care of the Trading Station with a few other customers. The story behind it all is not very known, especially with how silent the Noivern is outside of their job.

Trivia
- Nocturne can also be seen wearing a hat, it’s a way to show that they’re the leader of the flock of Noibats. Though, they prefer not to wear it unless it’s for a formal situation.
- They have a parental vibe in general and love treating their employees like their children, often treating them with bonuses when they do a great job. Not only that, but they are also very willing to replace them during shifts as needed.
- While Nocturne enjoys gazing at the moon at night, they are rarely seen outside of the post office during the day unless it’s for groceries or anything important.
They work in very close collaboration due to the high amount of Pokémon who come to the Tsareena Daycare without actually picking up the eggs. Other than that, they also hang out silently, enjoying tea and cookies.
Alice often interacts with Nocturne to send letters & packages to her husband who’s still exploring Kogranar (probably) on his own. She confides a fair amount to this Noivern, who understands the need to stay close to their wife.
It is not uncommon for outlaws to try and steal packages & letters from the Noivern Post Office. Due to that, Warden is often patrolling around the area to prevent more theft from happening. Aside from that, the two seem to get along fairly well.
Nocturne finds Fleur to be a little too overwhelming; while the two don’t interact very often, the Noivern often finds themselves only being able to stay around her for a bit before wanting to hide in the shadows by themselves. They don’t quite understand why and feel quite bad about it.
They know Thor through exchanges of clients, mostly when it comes to Pokémon getting lost and finding each other’s buildings while they were meant to go to the other one. Other than that, they are commonly seen hanging out with Warden during off-times as well.
It’s a little awkward. For now.
