An escape artist, and an artist artist. The skills involved in throwing smoke bombs and stun grenades don't overlap all that much with figuring out how to attach that doll to that wheel spoke, but she does both.
Most weapons in their arsenal relate to area control and visibility, so thankfully it doesn't require a whole lot of precision, because they're not great at that. Just throw the thing and run!
On the other hand, they're good at thinking on their feet and making use of the materials available in the area. Alright, maybe this does relate to assemblage art, just a little.
The gas mask also comes with infrared vision so they can see through smoke.
Dolphin / bioluminescence / deep sea theming.
Has Lichtenberg scars from misfires with stun grenades, and probably doesn't wear glasses on the ground.
Probably some goof or other calls her "Bobo" because of her hex code.
Works closely with the "demolitions team" and especially Burly Wood: one gets you in, the other gets you out! Deb is probably the one who calls them Bobo.
