A disgraced former daughter of a noble surgeon and lady, Shiloh is still the most sane of her four siblings (who are, in order: a home wrecker and black widow, a knife-happy maniac, and a necrophiliac).
Shiloh was always closest to her father, spending the most time with him in his operating theatre and learning to take over after his death. None of her siblings cared enough to join him and were always busy with their affairs.
Shiloh would’ve inherited his estate over her siblings before her mother's accident. One night over supper, assassins switched places with the dinner staff to try to kill the patriarch with a poisoned drink. However, the drinks got mixed up, and the poisoned cup went to Shiloh’s mother. The poison worked too quickly, killing her before a cleric could arrive to attempt to revive her.
After that night, Shiloh’s father became quicker to anger and walked around with an aura of sadness at all times. Shiloh became afraid of him, but due to her misplaced loyalty and naivety kept helping him around his theatre.
One evening, when her father was at his wits end due to work, Shiloh accidentally broke a vial of something or another and that just set him off. He grabbed a nearby vial of acid and threw it at her face. The mixture of acid and heart attack killed her on the spot, but not wanting to lose his favourite child, Shiloh’s father quickly placed her on the operating table and using medical equipment and dark magic brought her back to life.
Shiloh was abducted by the Mind flayers not long after.

- Her brain doesn’t fully work at top speed and she has a slow reaction time. If you threw a ball at her, Shiloh wouldn’t even raise her hand to catch it until the ball had already hit the ground.
- Can think quicker and clearer with the tadpole, which is why she’s so easy to persuade to intake more.
