a dragon of questionable morality, who grew up trapped in a sewer. He was able to escape after (reluctantly) consuming the recently deceased body of a shapeshifter, who was his only companion up to that point. Doing so granted him the ability to shift into a smaller form, and allowed him to finally break out of his imprisonment. 

the water bubbles he keeps floating around and on his head have medicinal properties. He's a bit of a snob, so don't expect him to share any with you unless you happen to be one of few people he likes. Otherwise, be prepared to give him something very valuable, or do something sketchy for him, in return.

filth is repelled from him. When walking in dirty water, you can visibly see how gunk makes way for his passage, inadvertently purifying said water in the process. 

alongside being able to shapeshift into a smaller form, he can also hide or manifest his wings.

the size of his tail indicates how well he's eating, since he stores nutrients in it. A plump tail means he's well fed, while a skinny one indicates food scarcity.
