A quick talker that loves to impress others and wow those who he looks up to. He is very competitive and won't hold back from going head to head with you if he feels like it. It isn't rare for him to clash with Salt and Vinegar, however this doesn't affect how he treats them most of the time. Mike is his top role model, he has everything together! Sadly Chips isn't brave enough to actually talk to the guy, so he talks through Lemonade instead to get messages to Mike.

He's quicker with his tongue and thoughts than he is on his feet, so while he gets good grades in most of his classes, he doesn't do that great on the track team he entered during his earlier years. Nevertheless he isn't the kind of guy to give up, he's been running for 3 years now and is still going strong in his competitive spirit. He's the same about dressing real cool as well, he'll spend hours at the mall until he's satisfied with his look.
