One of the members of Team Sandstorm, Steve signed up after losing his sister Miranda to the disasters that cropped up side by side with the explosion in mystery dungeon numbers, a prelude to the eventual collapse of the Pokémon world. If he could prevent the same fate that befell his sister from happening to anyone else, he could die happy. Nowadays, Steve is somewhat dissatisfied with the team’s shift in focus to scour missions, finding them boring compared to the dungeons they used to delve. It’s his guilty secret that he wishes the mystery dungeons existed here in this world too, despite the myriad of dangers they brought.
