Voltage

No one really knows anything about where voltage came from before his arrest. Just after a long string of attacks on the peak, he was caught , and sentenced to be plucked, and imprisoned. Though, that didn't go according to plan. 

Though his wings were clipped, they didn't fall. Halo stayed solid, refusing to shatter. An unnaturally high level of light preventing it. In the confusion, he managed to break free, after a struggle. Though injured, his body healed, where naturally it shouldn't.
