Noss is increibly impulsive and typically doesn't think before acting. He enjoys partaking in risky and/or dangerous situations and loves the adrenaline rush he gets from it. He makes at least one stupid decision a day and seems to always get a kick out of it.

Despite his boisterous attitude, Noss finds it difficult to make friends. He's been brushed off as annoying or weird (or both) until he met Dib. Noss has a complex where he wants to been seen as cool and envied by his peers. He'll often make up stories about adventures he never went on or experiences he never had in hopes of impressing others.

Life as a vampire is surprisingly boring for Noss, who thought that it was the best thing to happen to him at the beginning. He only has a year or so of vampirism under his belt, so when asked questions about it by Dib (an often occurance), Noss typically won't know the answer and will make something up on the spot. Dib may or may not notice this.

Noss is a recently turned vampire who joins Zim and Dib's class. Dib recognized him as a vampire almost immediately ("Red eyes? Pointy fangs? C'mon!"), and after dicovering their shared interest in the paranormal, the two became friends.

Since Noss was turned young, only has about a year of experience under his belt, and has no vampire family members, he's pretty inexperienced. Dib often asks questions about life as a vampire, most of which Noss doesn't know the answers to, so he'll make up some lie and/or exaggeration on the spot as to not look dumb. Dib may or may not notice this.

Despite the whole vampire thing, Noss finds his life to be pretty boring and often made up wild stories about adventues he never went on and things he never saw. His life has gotten significantly more exciting since befriending Dib. Noss doesn't care much about the fate of the world, but he helps Dib with his plans and schemes against Zim because he thinks it's so fun and cool.
