A strange, jarringly cheerful diver whose upbeat attitude belies a rather rutheless drive within his work. Almost always keeps his eyes narrowed in an unreadable manner.
His familiar-type mare, Brandished Blight manifests as a giant basilisk-like creature made of fiberglass and obsidian like materials. It can deliver a paralytic neurotoxin via any of its exposed obsidian-like points, and finishes off its foes with deadly kicks.
Doesn't take any peers below his ranking seriously. Often likes to play around with others he sees as below him in a way that is extremely annoying.
Extremely loyal towards anyone he sees as a superior. Considers himself a 'perfect weapon' for their use. It is weird.
Something seriously wrong with this guy.
