Much can be said about The Cryptic Starer's immediate eagerness to dispatch a Cog on site, but in regards to this particular Suit something in its consciousness clicks and all it will ever do is STARE. This has resulted in many a-staring contests between itself and Mr. Byrd, the likes of which typically end when the insatiable need to DROP distracts the demon and it slinks away to experiment. In turn, Mr. Byrd does not seem to even believe the Toon to be of this plane of existence, convinced instead that its simply not real.
