Background
Grew up on Kilikiya along with his older siblings Niktos and Kat, but he never treated quite the same. Growing up he spent a lot of time with his siblings, but he was pulled more and more away from them by their mother and his father. They left Kilikiya when he was still a kid. They went to [colony name], where his father was from, and he learned to see this as his home. He was told his siblings were dead.

He lived in luxury compared to his early childhood on Kilikiya. He got a good, formal education, and got a job on a ship and was decorated with medals without barely doing anything, and he was good at his job, and was on his way to make significant advances in his career. He didn't, however. He got hints that his mother had been lying to him all along, and went back to Kilikiya to look for his siblings. When he was introduced to Niktos and Kat once again, and managed to convince them that he was not there on behalf of their mother, he ended up joining their crew as their new quartermaster.

Their mother was still looking for him however, and tried her best to manipulate him and the others, but eventually failed when Niktos killed her after one confrontation too many.

Personality
Naturally rather timid and meek and quiet. Spent most of his life being manipulated by a sociopath, so no wonder. He is, however, also very bright, curious and extremely adventurous, and far more risk-taking than anyone, including himself, might have given him credit for. A bit arrogant, spiteful and hot-headed too. He is very confident in his professional skills and knowledge, and he is easy to adapt.
