His mouth is filled with a striking combination of pink and golden fangs, hinting at his formidable nature. Mothval's eyes are a vibrant pink, with black sclera and red eyelids that add to his mesmerizing gaze. Two massive black moth wings sprout from his back, bearing the same pattern as Valentino's, with a white fluff lining and pink-purple stripes. His head is adorned with large pink-purple antennas, adding to his ethereal appearance. Mothval's skin is a subtle shade of greyish lavender, complementing his fluffy pink-brown hair, which is interspersed with small red love hearts.

Mothval Dust prefers comfort and style in his attire. He wears a bark purple short-sleeve sleepwear cloak with white fuzz lining the ends, providing warmth and a touch of elegance. To them, the sensation is akin to having a shackle around their throat only they can see the shackle around their throat and the chain leading directly to Mothval's grasp.
