Mister Seishin grew up in a small village on the East side of Japan. He worked as a CEO at his childhood best friend's software company, which caused him to travel a lot; Leading to meeting his future wife Liàn at a young age. Sadly it was this same job that result in his death after he was killed suddenly, when Ushi was only four, during a cyber attack.

He encouraged his daughter to see the world in her youth, despite being sad that she wouldn't be around. This is also what couldn't allow him sadness or disappointment, but only happiness, when Ushi was left in their care. He hoped that his granddaughter would bring a softness back into their lives and would disapprove of how things have turned out since his passing.
