Rose is overall a huge ball of sunshine. She’s always ready to joke around and comfort her friends. She sticks loyal to those who genuinely care for her.

Rose has a huge fear or failure and people leaving her behind. This especially comes to light when she must make a tough choice between her own happiness and pleasing others. Rose has a tough time deciding which is more important to her. To keep herself happy and disappoint others or to live an unhappy life while the cats around her are pleased.

Rose as a character is meant to represent me (Gem) a lot, she’s my secondary sona. However, her story and the characters involved do NOT relate to real life situations or people. I might sometimes draw Rose in situations that have happened to me, but I usually mention that somewhere.

Rose was born in a Finnish village called Safrano village. During her childhood she would often go to the nearby forest and collect whatever she could get her paws on. Growing up she quickly realized how different she was from everyone else. While her family expected her to get married to the neighborhood gentleman this girl had her eyes on the young man’s sister instead.

Rose and Betty were able to meet in secret thanks to Rose’s naive parents thinking she was going over to hang out with Betty’s brother. Soon after Rose was the one to confess that she would much rather marry Betty over any man. Unfortunately, everything didn’t go according to plan and Betty’s brother soon caught up with what was going on. Good thing Rose wasn’t forced to marry this man...right?

...well fuck.

• Rose looks a lot like what I look like irl! We both have blondish hair, green eyes and wear red lipstick.
• Rose’s original design is from 2021 when she was still named Dizzy. Back then she was more brown and didn’t wear lipstick or have earrings.
• Rose's story was inspired by one of my favorite books!

• The lipstick marks on her face are permanent. Some say it's a fur pattern. Some say it's unwashable lipstick. Who knows?
• Some things that are NOT OPT: bell earrings, lipstick & lipstick marks, the braids in her tail + the golden jewelry on them.
• Rose is ALWAYS wearing red lipstick. It's either dark red or bright red. PLEASE don't draw her without it, thank you!
