Tidal doesn't know that they're not a normal cat. They believe anyone can learn to speak to the waves if they try, and they wish to teach it to others. They're very earnest and curious. They're averse to violence and unaware of how much bloodshed there is in the world.
They have an instinctive knowledge of herbs, plants, animals, and anything connected to water. They have limited control over all these things.
Bio
Tidal Lock is a cat who was born from the dreams of the believers of the Joyous Cycle. Despite being an incarnation of those beliefs, they know nothing about the religion. They grew up alone by the western Sun-drown-place.
Visitors from the east occasionally told them about the land beyond the mountains. Innocent and carefree, Tidal decided to leave their home and see the world.
