Heya! I'll most likely do your silly dino gal, he is way too precious!! However, how should his face be drawn?

(Like is it a white mask, is the dino part an onesie/clothes and the white part is the actual face or both?? Or is both part of the body so the dino part is attached to the face (mask looking thing)? And if so, what materials would the have - like all skin, the mask as a porcelain materials maybe, or the dino is of fur or scales? :0)
