A thief, street magician, and a musician, Arturo went from place to place to thieve from the rich and wealthy. After getting into a scuffle with pirates and eating the Devil Fruit he stole from them, he's able to turn into a bird (mostly to evade any potential run-ins with the Marines or other pirates). [wip]
