Basics
Matcha is a lighthearted and friendly women, who spends most of her time either working at a local coffee shop, or at home working on her side colorist job. She's a tad clueless sometimes, but always means well and wants to help. Sometimes, she has trouble understanding emotions, and has trouble interpreting them, but will always try her best. She usually prefers to spend time alone and listening to music, but if any of her friends needed her, she'd be there in a heartbeat, despite her own issues.

About
Matcha was born into a family who was part of a cult. This cult worshipped the magical species of Teanicorns. Becoming a Teanicorn is an incredibly hard process involves a deed good enough to be considered worthy of becoming a Teanicorn. However, the cult tried to force transformations. Matcha however, was the first of the cult to become a Teanicorn, and she achieved this by saving her mother from becoming a sacrifice. This opened her eyes to the horrors of the cult, and she left, despite her entire family shunning for doing so.
Subheader
After leaving the cult, Matcha struggled with the real world. She became friends and soon lovers with a women who took advantage of her innocence and made her do all sorts of bad things (i.e. excessive drinking, drugging and many other actions while she was unable to fight back). During this time, she lived with this women from the ages of 18 to 20. At 20, she finally got a job at a local coffee shop and was able to get her own apartment and a restraining order on her ex.
Subheader
Now, Matcha lives on her own, and represses the pain caused by her abusive relationship and the cult she grew up in. She's successful in both her job as a barista and her colorist job. Despite everything, she is happy and is friends with many people she meets. She avoids all kinds of alcohol and other adult items, and chooses to live a more clean life.
Relationships
Wyatt [ Crush/Possible Boyfriend ]
Wyatt is a bartender across the street from Matcha's coffee shop. He's a regular at the coffee shop and he and Matcha have chatted there a few times. Matcha often visits the bar and has shared a few drinks with him, despite her trauma with alcohol.
Amethyst [ Ex/Abusive Girlfriend ]
Amethyst is the women who took advantage of Matcha. She now lives in the next town over and has been arrested for assault. She is now in various rehab programs and feels legitimately sorry for everything she's done and is actively working to better herself, despite lingering violent tendencies.
Alyx [ Best Friend ]
Alyx started as a regular at the coffee shop, but now Matcha and Alyx are best friends. Alyx is a pole dancer at a local strip club, and is a lot more out there than Matcha. occasionally, she'll convince Matcha to go out of her comfort zone. The two sit and talk at the coffee shop a few times a week, just talking about how things are going.
