Miller Poppins

Overview 

Ever want a Misfit that won’t try to kill you or ignore you immediately all because you’re a human? Well, Poppins here can help you with that. This Misfit is often too nervous to attack humans if he’s in a passive state, he’ll awkwardly try to ask you to get out of this territory as the area Poppins is currently in would already be in Misfit control. The popcorn man is the only one showing the most human emotion when it comes to anxiety. However, he still applies to the “Don’t Anger” rule that all Misfits are given.

Most of his infamy comes from his occupation as a Ranger, one of the most deadliest factions known to humans and misfits alike. His status is an Enforcer, one of the more higher ranked and powerful Rangers due to his wide variety of powers and skills he brings to the table. He has many elite variants and outfits that he wears to combat, but the most recognizable is his trench raider outfit and weapon class. Skills that go along with this is his surprising speed, durability, and the ability to fire different types of popcorns from his head like mortars down on the enemy. 

His ranking as an Enforcer is with good reason, as his personality completely changes when tasked during combat. He now develops an aggressive demeanor as he now speaks perfectly without pausing or stuttering unlike his passive state. He’s also more focused and determined when in battle as well as his duty is to complete the objective and defeat the enemy in the name of their Misfit species. Armed with an MP5 with a knife taped on it and spiked club as well as his pockets full of grenades in the event of flushing out enemies or be a suicide bomber, Poppins is a critical threat to Order troops that shouldn’t be looked over. But his Elite and IAV are far more dangerous than his standard look. 

Powers and Abilities 

Speed: Poppins is skilled in this category when it comes to his standard and elite variants. He’s quick to overtake lines of defense with his fast running speed that makes people question if he’s used to running with all his bulky armor and equipment.

Popcorn Barrage: He’s able to fire the popcorns from his metal popcorn bag head in a very fast firing rate, having a different effect depending on the berry he eats beforehand. If he ate an Electron Berry, his popcorns behave like EMPs. Ate a Magma Berry? His popcorns act like flaming bombs that explode magma when making contact with any surface.

Popcorn Mortar: Give him a Bomber Berry and his popcorns become explosive mortars that he can shoot far distances with if you let him think long enough. Just pray that he doesn’t backfire and lands them nearby unless you want to be blown to pieces. Keep a fair distance away from Poppins just in case when he eats a Bomber Berry

Dual Reels: Poppins uses these reels on his back as boomerangs. Sure, they look more wheels if anything, but Poppins calls them reels. He also uses the reels as a melee weapon.

Durability: Like all Misfits, Poppins is very durable compared to a human when it comes to bullets, stabs, bruises, and explosion damage. He can take a very strong beating before finally falling dead, that is if he is dead. One of the most infamous examples of his durability is his surprising ability to keep going after losing the lower half of his body, intestines and all hanging out from his severed half.

Strength: Due to his size and training without having to get all beefy and whatnot, Poppins has the strength to lift a truck off the ground as well as obliterate doors right off the hinges with a single hard kick. Jumping from a high distance and hitting the ground on his feet causes a dent in the earth.

Power Charge: He runs forward his targets with incredible speed without giving opponents enough time to turn tail. 

Butter Slime: Taking inheritance from his mother being a butter slime, his “blood” is a thick buttery substance that replaces his severed limbs. His durability is supported with this ability. This slime can stretch long distances, can grip targets with little struggle, and can even double his strength. A strange but possible attribute to his butter slime is that it’s edible. 

Regeneration: Like with many non-solid misfits, he can use his butter slime attributes to replace lost limbs with a slimy replacement limb. It can only be a single body part at a time as it will take twice as much work to replace multiple limbs.

Wild Card/Electrical Attacks: Given to him as a gift from the Queen of Chaos for making her proud of his effectiveness, Poppins can generate electrical attacks to stun and damage his enemies. Water-based attacks or enviroments are both dangerous and advantageous depending on the situation.
