Starbii
Starbii has always been charming, loving the feeling of luring sailors out into the ocean and, well, everyone knows what happens after. Starbii can shapeshift, its her favorite thing to do, but after so long it became more and more difficult which lead her to be too exhausted to even try. She's suck in some weird dragon form, she can change her tail or make wings appear whenever she pleases but she just sticks to the regular.
