Coralclaw

Coralclaw is very tall and has a long fluffy tail. She is very loyal to her clan but comes off as self centered and aggressive. She's gone several seasons without getting an apprentice despite her peers having them, and the reason is because Crowstar doesn't trust her to not be too harsh on them.

Coralclaw wants to be leader of Oceanclan one day. However she hasnt trained an apprentice before (even though she isnt that young) and therefore cannot be named deputy. She starts by asking Crowstar for an apprentice, and after several moons Crowstar promises her that Fishkit will be her apprentice when she is of age.

However Coralclaw isn't very pleased with this choice. Fishkit is her sister's (Sandywing) kit, and her sister had a forbidden relationship and that ruined Coralclaw's perception of her. She still takes the offer though, worried that if she doesn't she may never get an apprentice. Crowstar intentionally set her up with Fishkit to try to mend the ties between Coralclaw and Sandywing, and also hoping that she would go easier on her own kin.
