Much like raw material being placed inside a flame, Klemonte spent his early childhood and adolescent years refining himself into the more lambent ingot he is today. Although this process occupied almost a decade of his life, the shadows in his psyche currently reside at the back of his mind, murmuring words of despondency, rather than assuming their role as a puppeteer. Despite the reinforced fallacy surrounding the idea that these types of illnesses eventually deviate from their accommodation inside one’s mind, such symptoms have a habit of sticking around past their welcome. There is no remedy or cure for the aforementioned ailments, only scrupulously devised methods to manifest temporary reins on the monstrous phenomena. Whilst Klemonte had sharpened his skills against a dialectical whetstone, demonstrating his overarching resilience, the sycophantic and capricious hands of his darkened consciousness eternally possess the intention of stifling any promise of complete recovery. However, he has an intrinsic love of learning and a sense of curiosity toward the world around him; Klemonte is incredibly passionate and expressive when it comes to his interests, and he seeks out new knowledge because it is a personally fulfilling experience. However, his social skills are unpolished; he is often visibly nervous, awkward, clumsy, and easily flustered, spending a vast majority of his time observing and replicating social behaviours.

Since he was a pup, his congenital nature comprised of hypersensitivity, and a reactivity to the emotions of the people around him; most would have described him as highly strung or melodramatic. When those close to him would feel sadness, anger, fear or even happiness, Klemonte would absorb these emotions and amplify it: sadness to despair, anger to rage, fear to panic, and happiness to mania. Everything he experienced was augmented, and emotional dysregulation accompanied him on his voyage through life. Although the neurotransmitters in his brain are defective, causing him to experience emotion on an extreme level, Klemonte utilises this weakness as a way to understand other people and feel compassionate towards them; he has a subconscious intuition and perception regarding people’s emotional states. However, despite feeling honoured when someone confides to him about their concerns, he is vulnerable to internalising other people’s negative moods, which usually results in him feeling overwhelmed. When Klemonte is under extreme stress, this perception toward other people’s emotions is impeded and replaced with paranoia, misinterpreting others’ speech patterns, body language or behaviour as hostile. In the face of this, Klemonte is still someone who is innately sentimental, sensitive, protective and loyal, caring deeply about his dearest friends. He endeavours to go to any lengths for the purpose of expressing that notion, no matter the cost (even if it means self-sacrifice). Unfortunately, he is gullible and overly trusting, unable to detect the true intentions of a person. Consequentially, Klemonte often gives himself freely and unstintingly to others, even if they plan on manipulating him for their own sake, since he would rather be with someone who treats him poorly than be alone. Admittedly, this stems from his inborn fear of abandonment, causing him to shift between anxious and avoidant behaviour as he attempts to navigate how to deal with his constantly overflowing emotions and insecurities; he is prone to jealousy and obsessive behaviours.

Klemonte has spent a substantial amount of his life working on the unshakeable symptoms he exhibits, but in spite of this, his patterns of thinking and reacting persevere. He is prone to being codependent, passive, and excessively agreeable, wishing to please everyone he meets and struggling when he is required to express his personal opinions and beliefs due to his sensitivity to criticism. When perceiving abandonment, he often alternates between borderline and dependent behaviours to cope with his volatile mood swings, distress intolerance, and anger, with a habit of jumping from relationship to relationship for comfort. However, Klemonte’s behaviour is marked with a perversive pattern of instability in relationships, self-image and mood, with all his close relationships being characterised by idealisation and devaluation. Due to this, he makes every effort to attempt to change this standard, using his developed self-awareness and varying strategies regarding distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, and emotional regulation. Irrevocably, Klemonte is a flawed individual who struggles with a miscellany of disorders and disabilities, but he is determined to improve himself and find joy in the things that matter, even if he experiences continuous setbacks when fighting this long and arduous battle

He has 15 gold piercings in total: seven gold facial piercings: snake bites (2 rings), nostril (2 studs), septum (1 horseshoe barbell) and eyebrows (2 curved barbells). four gold ear piercings (R): lobe/upper lobe (3 rings), and low helix (1 ring). four gold ear piercings (L): lobe/upper lobe (3 rings) and industrial (1 barbell).

Klem has freckles on both his body and his face, even though they are quite subtle on his reference sheet.

His glasses are round and gold, and his irises and sclera are both red.

He has a mullet, so the front is short, the back is long, and the sides are shaved.

He has varying compression garments and braces that you can add. Compression garments can consist of shoulder to arm, foot to knee, sacroiliac hip belt, and/or waist. Joint stability braces can include knee, ankle, elbow, wrist, and/or shoulder.

The mobility aid is not optional; you can either draw his cane or elbow crutches (unless he is sitting / lying down).

The smiley faces on his cane change depending on his own emotions.
