A typical model government worker, Si Long takes his work very seriously and places his work responsibilities above all else. His perpetual poker face often leads to others assuming he's a strict, uptight authoritative figure that doesn't take too kindly to people fooling around, but he just doesn't have an expressive face. Under the stone-faced exterior is a pretty amicable guy that just likes to be conservative with his money.

History

During his childhood, Si Long happened to catch sight of one of the Phoenix's fragments passing through his hometown. Though his parents were quick to pull him to the side and warn him of the "dangerous" being, the image of their beautiful blue and red plumage fluttering in the gentle sunlight had already been seared into his mind.

After that chance encounter, Si Long began looking into the fragments of the Phoenix on his own. In order to satisfy his own curiosity and find out more, he set his mind on getting a job in the government, knowing there's a sector that works closely with the fragments. He didn't expect to actually become a supervisor, and no less for his first charge to be the very fragment that set him on this journey in the first place. Si Long can only hope this assignment isn't cut short prematurely.
