I don't know why HR has more people than IT but wtv
The only member who communicates with Circuit consistently.....I dunno how to explain it very well but basically each member does something different in HR and he was given a role where he needs to work with Circuit when needed.
Is also the only person Circuit doesn't mind getting woken up by (still hates it though) since he doesn't wake him up for stupid shit.
