Dynamite

Dove and Dynamite started out childhood friends, and they were practically inseperable. They were a perfect pair, a kid who loves attention and a kid who loves to give attention, but all of this was quickly foiled when Dove was found out to not have a quirk. Dynamite wasn't intially bothered by this--but once he felt Dove looked down on him, the feelings of indifference he had were quickly switched into an explosion of distaste, and their once close-knitted friendship turned into a somewhat violent mess.

After the the troubled and rough middle school years, both boys got accepted into the same hero highschool, which didn't sit well with Dynamite at all. Still tussling with his hidden inferiority complex and fear of being surpassed by the one person he thought was constantly looking down on him, his bitterness only seemed to boil. Dove could never understand how their situation turned out like this, as he only ever saw Dynamite as the incarnation of victory.

After a troubling traumatic event that caused Dynamite to carry extreme guilt, everything he feared finally spilled out to Dove one night, and as much as he hated to admit it, Dove was the only one who could understand him at that point in time. They ended up fighting, but after that point in time they finally began to walk on equal pure grounds. Dynamite is still struggling immensely with his feelings, but his improvement is clear as day, and Dove is there to hold his hand whenever he needs it (even if Dynamite yells about not needing it.)
