Azem (Nisien)

oh hey look it's saiph before he got sundered

welcome back nisien. he isn't baby anymore though (physically at the same age as wolsaiph)

serving as the 14th member of the convocation, azem (true name: nisien) ventured the wider world to log any conflicts that plagued it. however, he seems somewhat of an airhead; he often wouldn't report said "conflicts" back to the convocation, and would rather tackle it on his own, due to some existing mistrust he held in his peers.
